Terms and Conditions

  1. Checkered Crow offers its services in Budapest and Pest county.
  2. Outside the administrative boundary of Budapest we charge a minimum of 3 hours` wages.
  3. We can accept to work outside Pest county as well; in this case we charge a minimum of one day`s allowance and a special agreement is made.
  4. Our clients can call us 24 hours a day. For contact information please see Contact details in the menu.
  5. Our specialists will call everyone back within 24 hours (or immediately, in an emergency).In order to do this, it is helpful to write us a phone number in the email.
  6. On the phone, our specialist will give you the expected period of time the operation takes and set up an appointment. Please find more information on our pricing policy at Our prices in the menu.
  7. A final quotation is made after the assessment of conditions at the site. The final price will differ by a maximum of 20 % from the one given on the phone, if no additional information is discovered about the job.
  8. The client may decline the offer after the final quotation. Otherwise our specialist will start the work immediately.
  9. Complex projects will be started after the final price has been accepted, at a mutually agreed time. We will make a written quotation after the assessment of conditions on site if the project is likely to take more time and/or more material.
  10. The price is calculated according to the expected period of time and we guarantee that you pay only that price, even if it takes more time than expected. However, in case of a one-day job that takes less time, we only charge for the effective period of working time.
  11. Even if the project takes more time than expected, the hourly wages are to be paid as calculated before
  12. Checkered Crow will start to investigate within 48 hours if objections are raised about the quality of services. (Except for special situations due to weather or other conditions). As well as the guarantee provided by the law (6 months for services of 20000 Ft or more), we correct faults when our responsibility can be proved.

  14. Flat-rate contract can be made with our Partners, the conditions of cooperation fixed in a special agreement.
